Job summary

AHS is seeking a highly organized Sales Gallery Manager to oversee daily operations and the visitor experience in its luxury Dubai sales gallery. You will manage client and broker interactions, coordinate gallery activities, maintain records, and ensure a seamless experience for prospective buyers, investors, and partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience in luxury real estate, customer experience, or sales support

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in luxury real estate, sales administration, customer experience, front office, or similar client-facing role.
• Experience handling broker relations, registrations, databases, and reporting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and client experience within the sales gallery.
• Welcome and assist clients, investors, brokers, and visitors to ensure a premium experience.
• Manage broker registration processes and maintain accurate records.
• Register and maintain databases of brokers, companies, clients, and visitors.
• Coordinate broker visits, appointments, and gallery interactions.
• Handle inquiries from brokers and clients and route to sales representatives.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly visitor and broker activity reports.
• Track and update records with confidentiality.
• Support sales team by coordinating client meetings, presentations, and property viewings.
• Ensure the gallery meets luxury standards of presentation and organization.
• Assist with sales launches, events, and broker engagement activities as needed.
• Monitor visitor flow and feedback to improve client experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AHS projects and market information.
• Represent AHS with professionalism and discretion.
