Job summary

element MEA in Dubai, a professional consultancy, is seeking three Sales Executives to handle incoming enquiries, engage prospective clients, and coordinate consultations with the legal consultants. The role is based in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, and is offered on a full-time basis with performance-based commission.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, telesales or customer service.
• Experience in a legal consultancy or related client-service environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette with a customer-focused approach.

About The Role

Our client, a professional consultancy providing legal advisory and client support services in the UAE, is looking for three motivated and customer-focused Sales Executives to manage incoming enquiries, engage prospective clients, and coordinate consultations with the relevant consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients through incoming leads, telephone calls, and follow-ups.
• Understand client enquiries and identify potential business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations with the legal consultant.
• Follow up with interested prospects to improve lead conversion.
• Guide clients on the initial documents required and coordinate document collection.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and lead status.
• Handle client information professionally and maintain strict confidentiality.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or lead management.
• Experience in alegal consultancy, immigration typing centre, PRO services company, or similar client-service environmentis highly preferred.
• Good communication, telephone etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow up consistently, handle multiple enquiries, and work towards targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or lead trackers.
• Professional attitude, persuasive communication, and a customer-focused approach.
