Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, telesales or customer service.
• Experience in a legal consultancy or related client-service environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and contact prospective clients by phone and email.
• Understand client enquiries and identify potential business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations with the legal consultant.
• Follow up with prospects to improve lead conversion.
• Guide clients on initial documents required and coordinate collection.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and lead status.
• Handle client information professionally and maintain confidentiality.
