Element Search in Dubai is seeking three Sales Executives to manage incoming enquiries, engage prospects, and coordinate consultations with our legal consultants. You will schedule appointments, follow up to improve lead conversion, and maintain accurate records while handling client information confidentially.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or lead management.
• Experience in a legal consultancy, immigration typing centre, PRO services company, or similar client-service environment is highly preferred.
• Good communication, telephone etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow up consistently, handle multiple enquiries, and work towards targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or lead trackers.
• Professional attitude, persuasive communication, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients through incoming leads, telephone calls, and follow-ups.
• Understand client enquiries and identify potential business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations with the legal consultant.
• Follow up with interested prospects to improve lead conversion.
• Guide clients on the initial documents required and coordinate document collection.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, appointments, and lead status.
• Handle client information professionally and maintain strict confidentiality.
