Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will bridge technical expertise and commercial strategy, managing both inbound customer inquiries (indoor sales) and proactive client visits/site meetings (field sales) across industrial equipment and technical product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Sales: Process inbound product inquiries via phone, email, and live chat while actively prospecting new client opportunities in the region.
• Technical Consultation: Understand customer requirements, conduct basic site or technical assessments, and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Quotation & Commercial Negotiations: Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations, calculate margins, and negotiate contracts within approved company limits.
• Pipeline & Relationship Management: Track open quotes and opportunities through deal closure, maintaining strong relationships with client procurement and engineering teams.
• CRM & Reporting: Consistently log sales activity, updates, and client interactions into the CRM system.
• Cross-Department Handoff: Coordinate with logistics, service, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation post-sale.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical, industrial, or general sales.

Preferred Qualifications

1. • Education:Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, particularly Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
   • Technical / Industrial Sales Experience:Experience in technical or industrial product sales.
   • CRM software experience especially Zoho
   • Relevant Product Experience:Experience with industrial weighing equipment, measuring instruments, instrumentation, automation, or related products.
   • Arabic Language:Arabic language skills are an advantage.
   • Location / Commute:Residency in an area with easy access to International City, or possession of a personal vehicle for commuting.
