Job summary

Petra Mechatronics in Dubai seeks a proactive Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to bridge technical expertise with commercial strategy. You will manage indoor inquiries and field visits across industrial equipment lines, driving opportunities from initial contact to close.

The role requires 3+ years in technical or industrial sales, a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication. Arabic is a plus; a UAE driving license is assumed for field activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical, industrial, or general sales.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong understanding of sales pipelines, deal closure techniques, and pricing/costing.
• Good technical understanding and ability to learn technical products quickly.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong English communication; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & outbound sales: handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat while prospecting new clients.
• Provide technical consultation; assess site needs and propose solutions.
• Prepare quotations, compute margins, and negotiate contracts within limits.
• Manage pipeline and relationships with client procurement and engineering teams.
• Log sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with logistics, service, and technical teams post-sale.
