TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Sales Executive - Personal Loans for our Abu Dhabi branches. The role centers on customer acquisition, promoting retail banking products, and delivering excellent service within a branch environment.

You will drive personal loan sales, manage client relationships, handle documentation, ensure KYC/compliance, and collaborate with branch teams to meet monthly targets. UAE banking experience is preferred; retail banking background is essential.

1 year of Retail Banking / Branch Sales / Relationship Management experience is required.
Experience selling Personal Loans is preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

Acquire new customers through branch walk-ins, referrals, and self-generated leads.
Promote and sell retail banking products such as Personal Loans and other banking products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Identify and maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Support customers with application forms, documentation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
Achieve assigned monthly sales, revenue, and acquisition targets.
Ensure applications comply with KYC, credit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with branch operations and internal departments for smooth processing of applications.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Function: Retail Banking / Branch Sales

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Relationship Officers - Branches to support retail banking sales across the branch network. The role will focus on customer acquisition, relationship management, and promoting suitable banking products to branch customers.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers through branch walk-ins, referrals, and self-generated leads.
Promote and sell retail banking products such as Personal Loans, and other banking products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Identify and maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Support customers with application forms, documentation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
Achieve assigned monthly sales, revenue, and acquisition targets.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Retail Banking / Branch Sales / Relationship Management experience.
Experience selling Personal Loans preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Proven ability to achieve monthly sales targets and incentives.
Good understanding of retail banking products and customer documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
UAE banking / financial services experience preferred.
Comfortable working in a branch-based, customer-facing sales environment.
