Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a target-driven Sales Executive for Personal Loans in Ras Al Khaimah. You will acquire new customers, promote personal loan products, and strive to meet monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.

The role involves field sales, lead generation, and ensuring KYC/compliance in line with banking policies. Prior banking experience and strong negotiation skills are beneficial for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year banking/financial services sales experience preferred.
• Experience in personal loan, credit card, or retail banking products is a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer acquisition abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field, direct and target-driven selling.
• KYC and banking compliance knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell personal loan products to eligible customers.
• Generate leads through field sales, referrals, networking, databases, and direct customer engagement.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Explain eligibility criteria, interest rates, fees, repayment terms, and documentation requirements.
• Collect and verify customer documents before application submission.
• Ensure applications comply with KYC, AML, credit, and internal banking policies.
• Follow up on applications until approval and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and productivity KPIs.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and update customer/application status regularly.
• Build strong customer relationships and handle after-sales queries professionally.
• Cross-sell other retail banking products where relevant.
• Maintain ethical selling and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of banking / financial services sales experience preferred.
• Previous experience in personal loan sales, credit card sales, or retail banking products is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field sales, direct sales, and target-driven environments.
• Basic understanding of KYC, credit documentation, and banking compliance.
• UAE retail banking sales experience is preferred.
