Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a target-driven Sales Executive – Personal Loans to acquire new customers and promote personal loan products. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining high service and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include generating leads, understanding customer needs, explaining loan terms, collecting documents, and ensuring KYC/AML compliance throughout the process. UAE-based field sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of banking/financial services sales experience preferred.
• Experience in personal loan sales or retail banking products is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer acquisition skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field and direct sales in target-driven environments.
• Basic understanding of KYC, credit documentation and banking compliance.
