TASC Outsourcing is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive – Personal Loans & Credit Cards to drive customer acquisition and meet retail banking sales targets across the UAE. You will promote personal loans and credit cards, source leads, assess customer needs, explain product features, and coordinate the end-to-end application process while maintaining exceptional service.

Minimum 1 year of banking / financial services sales experience.
Experience selling Personal Loans, Credit Cards, or Retail Banking Products.
Strong customer acquisition and sales closing skills.
Knowledge of UAE retail banking market.
Ability to work under monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Personal Loans and Credit Cards to eligible customers.
Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, field sales, existing databases, and customer networks.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Explain product features, eligibility, pricing, fees, and documentation requirements clearly.
Collect and verify customer documents before submission.
Ensure applications comply with bank policies, credit criteria, and regulatory requirements.
Follow up on application status, approvals, disbursement, and card issuance.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Cross-sell other retail banking products where applicable.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, trackers, and daily activity reports.
Ensure high standards of customer service and ethical selling.

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive – Personal Loans & Credit Cards to drive customer acquisition and achieve retail banking sales targets across the UAE market.
