Job summary

Dollar Car Rental UAE is seeking a driven Sales Executive to generate new business and close car lease/rental sales with individual clients. You will prospect, walk-in inquiries, and corporate tie-ups, while pursuing lease-to-own opportunities and referrals through appropriate channels.

You will maintain CRM records, conduct daily field visits, and deliver weekly sales reports to the Manager, aiming to exceed targets with strong B2C selling skills and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, car rental, or automotive sales.
• Strong B2C sales experience with a proven track record in lead conversion.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.

Responsibilities

This role focuses on acquiring brand new sales and leads — through direct prospecting, walk-in/counter inquiries, and corporate/institutional tie-ups — while identifying lease-to-own opportunities for customers and referring them through the appropriate channels for execution.

Sales & New Business Acquisition

• Prospect and handle car lease/car rental sales for individual clients.
• Offer optional products and add-ons to customers to maximize sales opportunities and meet management-set targets.
• Focus on generating brand new sales and leads through proactive outreach and lead conversion.
• Identify corporates and institutions and establish tie-ups to offer individual leasing solutions to their employees/members.

Customer Solutions & Referrals

• Identify customers suited for long-term leasing, including lease-to-own arrangements, and close these deals to secure long-term customer value.
• Work closely with rental counters to ensure leasing inquiries are attended to promptly.

CRM & Field Activity

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Conduct daily field visits as directed by the Manager to generate new business.

Reporting

• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the Manager.
• Perform additional functions as directed or assigned by the manager.
