Job summary

Prime Source Consultancy is seeking a Sales Executive in the UAE to drive growth in hotel locks and RFID card solutions. You will identify prospects, engage new and existing clients, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle with a focus on upselling and repeat business.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality security. A high school diploma or higher is expected, with strong communication and negotiation skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in sales preferably in hospitality security systems or related
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
• Experience in building strong client relationships is essential
• Diploma or degree preferred in related field

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective clients to generate sales for hotel locks and RFID card solutions.
• Re-engage inactive or dormant accounts to create upselling opportunities for locks key cards and related products.
• Maintain a structured follow-up process to move prospects through the sales pipeline and convert them into loyal customers.
• Ensure professional and timely client communication including proposals quotations and after-sales follow-ups.
• Continuously upgrade product knowledge and selling skills for higher-level sales performance and career advancement.
