Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in Dubai.
• Current or recent sales experience in a 5-star hotel in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai 5-star hotel market.
• Proven experience managing and developing hotel accounts.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business across Corporate Leisure Groups and MICE segments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, travel agencies, and event partners.
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive calls, client visits, networking and market research.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections and client entertainment.
• Promote the hotel's rooms, restaurants, meeting facilities, events and other services.
• Manage and grow existing hotel accounts while developing new corporate and leisure accounts.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, quotations and opportunities.
• Negotiate rates and commercial agreements in line with revenue strategy.
• Monitor Dubai hotel market trends, competitor activities and account production.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to maximize conversion and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in trade shows, networking events, exhibitions and other sales activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the Sales Manager.

A prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join its Sales & Marketing team. The position requires a proactive hotel sales professional with current or recent 5-star hotel sales experience in Dubai strong knowledge of the local hospitality market and proven experience in generating new business and managing key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and revenue across Corporate Leisure Groups and MICE segments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients DMCs travel agencies tour operators and event partners.

Requirements:

• Current or recent sales experience in a 5-star hotel in Dubai.
• Minimum 23 years of hotel sales experience preferably in Dubai.
• Currently or recently working as Sales Executive Sales Manager or an equivalent hotel sales position.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai 5-star hotel market.
• Proven experience in hotel sales and business development.
• Proven experience managing and developing hotel accounts.
• Experience across Corporate Leisure Groups and/or MICE segments.
• Established network within the Dubai hospitality and travel market is an advantage.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Proactive target-driven and commercially minded approach.
