Job summary

Sage Education Services Dubai is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. You will engage with prospective students and parents, follow up on leads, and drive enrollments across our education and admission services.

The role emphasizes excellent English communication, strong negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and parents to promote our education and admission services.
• Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins to drive enrollments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage lead follow-ups.
• Guide students and parents on our programs, admission services, and test preparation courses.
• Coordinate with academic counselors and tutors to ensure smooth student onboarding.
• Support marketing campaigns by converting generated leads into enrollments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
