Job summary

MIND GROWTH PROFESSIONAL TRAINING L.L.C. in Dubai seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive client acquisition in Forex and stock markets. You will onboard prospects, present platform features, and close opportunities with a focus on revenue growth.

You will manage ongoing client relationships, track leads in CRM, and collaborate with teams to meet monthly and quarterly targets while maintaining high retention and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.
• Market Expertise: Strong understanding of Forex trading, stock markets, and financial platforms.
• Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales experience in brokerage firms, fintech, or financial services.
• Communication: Clear, persuasive presentation and negotiation skills.
• Sales Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive under performance goals.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, communication tools (Zoom/Teams), and trading apps.
