Job summary

Baazex Financial Consultancy L.L.C in Dubai seeks an energetic sales professional to conduct outbound calls, explain forex services, and generate leads. You will present trading platforms and account types, and drive conversions with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

The role requires fluency in English and Hindi, plus the ability to navigate registration, KYC, and deposits while hitting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Tele sales experience.
• Basic forex knowledge and fluency in English and Hindi.
• Previous experience in forex sales, tele sales, banking, financial services, credit cards, personal loans, or a related sales field is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented, confident, energetic and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of forex trading and financial markets is an advantage.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer enquiries.
• Able to maintain accurate client and follow-up records.
• Immediate joiners and candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Responsibilities
