Job summary

Project Reshape in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow revenue by selling coaching services, memberships, and coaching packages. This full-time onsite role requires strong prospecting, consultative sales, and relationship-building with clients in the fitness and wellness sector.

Based in Dubai, you will identify leads, conduct in-person and virtual consultations, manage the pipeline in CRM, and collaborate with coaches to tailor offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills including lead generation, consultative selling and closing deals.
• Customer relationship management experience and ability to build long-term client partnerships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.
• Basic marketing and social media skills.
• Interest in or knowledge of fitness, coaching, or wellness services.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai, manage time and meet sales targets.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in common digital tools and CRM platforms.
• Fluency in English.
