Ali & Sons Group seeks a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support a high-performing sales team in Abu Dhabi. You will maintain PME vehicle reporting, provide accurate specifications and pricing, and keep stock lists current, coordinating inspections and transfers as needed.

Ideal candidates have administration or sales-support experience, a high school certificate, fluent English, and proficiency with reporting systems and databases.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in administration or sales support, with a general understanding of business operations.
• Education: High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in standard computer applications and the ability to work with reporting systems and databases.

Responsabilités

• Update and maintain the PME vehicle reporting system in accordance with PME and Ali & Sons requirements.
• Provide the Sales Team with accurate and timely vehicle specifications and pricing information.
• Maintain the internal stock board and stock lists, ensuring all vehicle information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections at the port and ensure timely transfers to the designated storage facility.
• Prepare and submit weekly PME reports, ensuring accurate customer information for the CSS program.
• Process and submit monthly support claims to PME within the required deadlines.
• Provide administrative support to the Head of the Used Car Section and perform additional duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

Role Purpose

To ensure that all vehicle-related reporting to AVME/PME is completed accurately and within the required timelines, while providing essential administrative support to the Sales Team through effective communication of vehicle specifications, pricing, and stock information.
