Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a results-driven technical sales professional to grow Flow Control and Advanced Refractories business in Indonesia. You will manage the complete sales cycle, engage with steel and non-steel customers, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

The role requires strong knowledge of refractories and steelmaking processes, plus the ability to travel regularly across Indonesia and maintain robust CRM-driven forecasts and relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management in refractories/steel/metallurgical industries.
• Experience supporting both commercial and technical discussions with industrial customers.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for Flow Control and Advanced Refractories products across Indonesia.
• Manage full sales cycle from engagement to post-sales support.
• Build and maintain relationships with steel and non-steel customers (purchasing, plant managers, site engineers).
• Provide technical support and product recommendations meeting operational requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in steel, smelting, mining, and heavy industries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Handle complaints with root cause analysis and timely resolution.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support growth.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline reporting, and CRM updates.
• Promote safety and compliance with HSE standards during visits.
