Job summary

Calderys is seeking a Sales Account Manager to lead commercial activities for industrial minerals used in refractory applications. You will drive revenue growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and ensure alignment with technical, quality, and supply chain requirements.

The role requires 5–10 years in industrial sales, English fluency, and experience with long-term B2B contracts. You will collaborate with R&D, QA, Operations, and Finance to deliver optimal customer solutions.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in industrial sales.
Experience with refractory minerals, ceramics, metallurgy, mining, or related industrial materials.
Degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
English fluency required.
Strong knowledge of industrial minerals and high-temperature applications.
Experience with long-term B2B contracts and technical sales cycles.
Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
Ability to collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations and Supply Chain.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Execute the commercial strategy defined with Sales Director and management.
Monitor pipeline, KPIs, and sales forecasts.
Analyze results to identify improvements and adjust actions.
Identify new business opportunities in refractory industry.
Manage long sales cycles and build relationships with technical/procurement teams.
Support complex negotiations, contracts, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align production with demand.
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain CRM data reliability.
