Job summary

Al Masaood is hiring a Sales Engineer – Equipment Rental (Oil & Gas) in Abu Dhabi. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with ADNOC Group companies, EPC contractors, drilling firms, and oilfield service providers, and promote the rental of our equipment portfolio.

Responsibilities include managing RFQs, tenders, and quotations; coordinating with internal teams to ensure equipment availability and on-time delivery; and conducting client meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales/business development in equipment rental, preferably Oil & Gas.
• Proven experience with ADNOC Group companies, EPC contractors, drilling companies, or oilfield service providers.
• Strong understanding of equipment rental solutions, technical specs and project requirements.
• Experience in tendering, vendor registration, negotiations, and client prequalification processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Promote rental of temporary buildings, accommodation units, site offices, generators, power distribution equipment, lighting towers, diesel tanks, fencing, and other rental equipment.
• Manage RFQs, tenders, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure equipment availability and timely project delivery.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.
• Develop long-term client relationships and framework agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth objectives.
