Job summary

Qualifications
- 3 to 8 years of technical sales or business development experience in UAE oil and gas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum or related engineering.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic an advantage.
- Based in UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts across Abu Dhabi’s oil and gas and industrial sectors.
- Promote rotating equipment aftermarket services and oilfield equipment maintenance, repair and certification services.
- Build productive relationships with technical, operational, procurement and commercial stakeholders within ADNOC and other Abu Dhabi energy organisations.
- Lead customer visits, site surveys, proposals, bid coordination and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor upcoming projects, drilling activities, shutdowns, maintenance programmes and service opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce.
