Job summary

Everllence Primeserv Marine & Power in Dubai is seeking a Sales Engineer for Navy Projects to drive sales strategy, develop a sustainable pipeline, and position Everllence as the preferred partner for naval and marine projects.

You will build relationships, prepare proposals, coordinate with engineering and tendering teams, and ensure successful project execution while achieving regional targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in heavy equipment, marine, power, or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of complex engineered products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence decision-makers with value-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and understand project needs.
• Identify sales opportunities and support regional targets and budgets.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve orders and revenue.
• Prepare proposals, bids, and tender documentation for projects.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Tendering, and Engineering teams.
• Monitor project execution and customer satisfaction for awarded contracts.
