Job summary

Universal Trading Company LLC (UTC) seeks experienced Sales Engineers for its Machinery Division across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates. You will develop new business, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sales of engines, generators, spare parts and industrial machinery solutions.

Ideal candidates have mechanical engineering background, proven industrial machinery sales experience, and an existing UAE network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or related field.
• Proven experience selling machinery, diesel engines, generators, or forklifts.
• UAE driving license preferred; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and identify business opportunities across assigned regions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct regular customer visits to expand market presence and business development.
• Promote diesel engines, engine spare parts, generators, forklifts, compressors, and industrial machinery solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on customer inquiries, and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Identify new projects, applications, and emerging market opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Position Summary

Universal Trading Company LLC (UTC) is expanding its Machinery Division and is seeking experienced and motivated Sales Engineers to join its growing team across the UAE. As an authorized DEUTZ AG dealership and a dealer for KOMAC Forklifts, UTC offers a comprehensive portfolio of engines, generators, spare parts, forklifts, and industrial machinery solutions.

This opportunity is ideal for engineering professionals with strong technical knowledge and a passion for industrial sales. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and driving sales growth across assigned territories.

Skills & Experience Required

• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical knowledge combined with commercial sales expertise; strong knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment solutions.
• Core Competencies: Existing customer network within the UAE an advantage; good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; UAE driving license preferred.
