Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Fire & Security Systems and UAE safety standards.

• Collaborate with technical teams to estimate manpower and prepare accurate commercial proposals for modification and maintenance projects.

Job Description

• Proactively identify new leads and manage long-term client relationships to expand the Fit-out and AMC customer base.
• Collaborate with technical teams to estimate manpower and prepare accurate commercial proposals for modification and maintenance projects.
• Leverage strong insights into UAE market pricing, Fit-out demands, and local Civil Defense/NFPA safety standards.
• Lead contract negotiations and tender submissions to successfully close deals and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Male, 40 years old and below, with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role within the Fire & Security industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Proven experience in generating business through FM companies, contractors, and end-users.
• Strong knowledge of Fire & Security Systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire pumps, suppression systems, and fire equipment, with a valid UAE driving license.
