Job summary

MYSPAN Power Solutions FZE in the UAE seeks a Sales Engineer to grow our regional business and manage key customer relationships. You will develop new opportunities, present power-generation solutions, and coordinate with internal teams from enquiry to order.

The role requires preparing technical and commercial proposals, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel within the UAE. A mechanical or electrical engineering degree is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Strong sales and business-development skills with full sales-cycle capability.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage customer relationships.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities and present suitable power-generation solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for UAE customers.
• Coordinate with internal technical, operations and after-sales teams to close deals.
• Manage sales cycle from enquiry to order closure and travel within the UAE as needed.

MYSPAN Power Solutions FZE is the authorized GOEM and Master Distributor for Kirloskar Oil Engines across the Middle East and North Africa. We provide power-generation solutions supported by strong local sales, technical, spare-parts, and after-sales capabilities.

Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our UAE sales team.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and presenting suitable power-generation solutions to customers across the UAE.

The role involves managing the sales cycle from initial enquiry through order closure, while coordinating closely with internal technical, operations, and after-sales teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline
• Strong sales and business-development skills with the ability to manage the full sales cycle
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-management skills
• Ability to understand customer requirements and clearly explain technical solutions
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills with both customers and internal teams
• UAE market experience and an existing industry network are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
• Willingness to travel within the UAE as required
