CPME Consulting in Dubai is seeking a Sales Engineer – HVAC Systems to drive sales of VRF systems, ducted split units and AHUs across the UAE. You will engage consultants, contractors and end users, present technical proposals, and support project sizing and configuration.

Ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering degree, 1-3 years UAE HVAC sales experience, strong communication skills, and driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of HVAC sales experience in UAE (Dubai preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license required.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell VRF Systems, Ducted Split Units, and AHUs to consultants, contractors and end-users across the UAE.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, developers and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations and product presentations aligned with client specs.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate requirements and recommend configurations.
• Collaborate with design/technical teams for sizing and solution development.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors in HVAC.
• Ensure sales targets are achieved and report on pipeline and forecasts.
• Represent CPME Consulting at trade shows and industry events.

Sales Engineer – HVAC Systems (Dubai, UAE)

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell VRF Systems, Ducted Split Units, and Air Handling Units (AHUs) to consultants, contractors, and end-users across the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, developers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations aligned with client and project specifications.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate requirements, provide technical support, and recommend optimal system configurations.
• Collaborate with the design and technical teams for system sizing, selection, and solution development based on project needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements within the HVAC industry.
• Ensure sales targets are consistently achieved and provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HVAC sales within the UAE market (Dubai experience preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of VRF systems, Ducted Split Units, and Air Handling Units (AHUs).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and work closely with consultants and contractors.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
