Responsibilities

• Lead pipeline and data management: source, qualify and segment leads.
• Own CRM records with high data quality and deduplication.
• Design and run outbound campaigns to open doors and warm leads.
• Manage a small team handling research tasks; set targets and briefs.
• Own onboarding and training of new customers, remotely and on US trips.
