Aquarius Worldwide in Dubai seeks a Sales Coordinator – Interior Fit-Out to support the sales and business development team, handling client enquiries, preparing quotations and proposals, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge or experience in interior fit-out, construction, contracting, or architectural industries and be adept at coordinating with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience in interior fit-out, construction, contracting or architectural fields.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Proactive in preparing quotations and sales documents and supporting business development.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales/BD Manager with daily sales coordination activities.
• Handle client enquiries and follow-ups in a timely manner.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and other sales documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations, pricing and availability.
• Support development of opportunities for interior fit-out and commercial interior projects.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to support sales conversion.
• Coordinate with estimation, design and procurement teams to ensure accurate project information.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator – Interior Fit-Out to support our sales and business development team in managing client enquiries, preparing quotations and proposals, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have knowledge or experience in the interior fit-out, construction, contracting, or architectural industry and be able to coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager / Business Development Manager in daily sales coordination activities.
• Handle client enquiries and provide timely responses and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material quotations, pricing, specifications, and availability.
• Assist in developing business opportunities for interior fit-out and commercial interior projects.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients to support sales conversion.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate project information.
• Read and understand basic civil, architectural, and interior fit-out drawings.
• Use AutoCAD for basic drawing review and sales-related requirements when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, quotations, client interactions, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare presentations and sales materials for client meetings and business development activities.
• Support basic digital marketing and lead-generation activities.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and business partners.
• Provide regular sales updates and reports to management
