Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing amp Coordination
  1. Handle incoming orders via phone email and online channels
  2. Ensure orders have correct pricing discounts and product specifications
  3. Input and process orders ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Customer Communication amp Support
  1. Manage urgent calls emails and messages when sales managers are unavailable
  2. Answer customer queries inform them about order status and arrange delivery schedules
  3. Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
• Collaboration amp Sales Support
  1. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate marketing events
  2. Assist sales teams in securing and renewing orders
  3. Ensure smooth coordination between departments for handling sales queries and deliveries
• Reporting amp Documentation
  1. Maintain accurate sales records and reports
  2. Prepare reports and documentation related to sales activities
  3. Utilize Excel and other tools for tracking and analyzing sales data

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role.
• Industry Background: Corporate gifts, advertising, or events industry experience is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas).
• Knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator is an added advantage.
• Understanding of branding techniques (e.g., printing methods) is beneficial.
