Job summary

Parker Connect in Dubai is seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing support specialist. The role focuses on understanding the end-to-end order cycle, coordinating with distributors, and maintaining accurate sales and stock data.

You will prepare management reports and forecasts, liaise with management for shipment updates, and support events such as product launches. Ideal candidates have experience in Sales and Marketing, with strong data management and analysis skills and advanced MS Office

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Data management and analysis experience.
• Computer literate with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand business flow from orders to shipment with Sales Team.
• Maintain and consolidate sales data and prepare reports.
• Create sales reports for management and communicate forecasts to distributors.
• Update shipment status and stock results in Excel and share with management.
• Support sales and marketing events and product launches.

Job description

Role:

1. Understand Business Flow including order cycle, receiving orders from distributors /updating shipment and arrival of the units / stock management, and processing the entireflow in conjunction with Sales Team.
2. Knowledge of shipping process including documentation.
3. Create Sales Reports for Management.
4. Maintain Sales Database on a regular basis and understand Sales Plan.
5. Update Shipment Results & Forecast and communicate with Management and Distributors.
6. Prepare Industry Market Database and provide market analysis to concerned teams withinthe organization.
7. Liaise with distributors to align Sales & Orders in line with company requirements inachieving Monthly / Ki Targets.
8. Consolidating Orders and sharing with Distributors and factories.
9. Update Final Orders / Shipment / Sales & Stock Result and Forecast in relevant excel sheetand share with Management.
10. Support Sales & Marketing Team for events i.e., Product Launch, Distributor Conferencesetc.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Experienced in the areas of Data Management and Analysis.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power Point). Very high-level skills desired forusing excel & preparing
• Power Point presentations.
