Job summary

NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta is seeking a driven Sales Coordinator to manage incoming event inquiries, prepare quotations and proposals, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure flawless event execution.

You will support the Sales team with daily administrative duties, site visits, and client communications while maintaining accurate records in CRM and MS Office tools.

This role involves handling client communications, preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure flawless event execution

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous hotel sales, sales coordination or administrative experience within the hospitality industry is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, positive and team-oriented attitude.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with hotel systems or CRM platforms would be an advantage.
