NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta is seeking a driven Sales Coordinator to manage incoming event inquiries, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver flawless bookings.

You will provide daily administrative support to the Sales team, handle client communications, site visits, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel sales, sales coordination or administrative experience within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, positive and team-oriented attitude.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with hotel systems or CRM platforms would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
