Job summary

Moonbox, a Dubai-based branding and creative agency, is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving targets and driving growth. You will coordinate schedules, manage documents, and ensure timely follow-ups using AI-assisted tools to streamline tasks and reporting.

You will handle client communications, process orders, and assist in the organization of promotions and events while ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules and filing important documents
• Communicate relevant information and ensure adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Use AI-based tools to automate follow-ups, manage tasks and generate content
• Respond to complaints and provide after-sales support when requested
• Store and present reports by organizing financial and non-financial data
• Process orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients of delays or problems and monitor progress
• Assist in preparation and organization of promotional material or events

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Use AI-based tools (e.g. HubSpot ChatGPT Apollo Notion etc.) to
• automate follow-ups manage tasks and generate content
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitor the teams progress identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies
• Monitor proposal success rate and client feedback to improve pitch qualit
