Job summary

CARPI AUTO CARE CENTER in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Sales Commercial Performance Manager to lead branch and call-centre sales and manage the complete journey from enquiry through quotation, booking, attendance, invoicing and collection. You will drive revenue, profitability and CRM-driven process improvements.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of sales leadership experience within UAE automotive-services, strong analytical skills for forecasting and performance, and

Qualifications

• At least five years of sales experience with supervisory or management responsibility.
• UAE automotive-services or aftersales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multi-branch sales and call-centre teams and CRM workflows.
• Strong analysis of conversion, revenue, profitability, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Professional Arabic and English; UAE driving licence; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch and call-centre sales to achieve revenue, collection and profitability targets.
• Manage the customer journey from calls, messages and walk-ins through closing and payment.
• Monitor leads, quotations, bookings, overdue opportunities and follow-up.
• Measure and improve response, qualification, bookings, attendance and sales conversion.
• Set daily, weekly and monthly targets and prepare reliable sales forecasts.
• Ensure all interactions, opportunities, quotations, bookings and outcomes are recorded in the CRM.
• Coach branch and call-centre teams, review calls and improve customer-handling quality.
• Protect gross margin and control discounts in coordination with management.
• Work with Marketing, Operations and Finance to connect lead sources with sales invoices and collections.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Commercial Performance Manager with a strong UAE automotive-services background to lead branch and call-centre sales and manage the complete journey from enquiry through quotation booking attendance invoicing and collection

Key Responsibilities

• Lead branch and call-centre sales to achieve revenue collection and profitability targets
• Manage the customer journey from calls messages and walk-ins through closing and payment
• Monitor leads quotations bookings overdue opportunities and customers requiring follow-up
• Measure and improve response contact qualification booking attendance and sales conversion
• Set daily weekly and monthly targets and prepare reliable sales forecasts
• Ensure all interactions opportunities quotations bookings and outcomes are recorded accurately in the CRM
• Coach branch and call-centre teams review calls and improve customer-handling quality
• Protect gross margin and control discounts in coordination with management
• Work with Marketing Operations and Finance to connect lead sources with sales invoices and collections

Qualifications and Experience

• At least five years of sales experience including demonstrated supervisory or management responsibility
• UAE automotive-services car-care or aftersales experience is strongly preferred
• PPF tinting detailing body-and-paint or related-service experience is a strong advantage
• Experience managing multi-branch sales call-centre teams and CRM workflows
• Strong analysis of conversion revenue profitability forecasting and commercial performance
• Professional Arabic and English
• A UAE driving licence and additional languages are advantages

• Achievement of sales collection profitability and average-invoice targets
• Improved enquiry-to-booking booking-to-attendance and attendance-to-sale conversion
• Fewer uncontacted leads and missed calls with accurate complete CRM records
• Improved forecast accuracy and branch team performance while protecting customer satisfaction -
