Job summary

Naoki Motors in Dubai is seeking an experienced automotive sales leader to drive revenue and premium client engagements within the high-end car market. You will develop strategies, build relationships with premium vehicle owners, and lead the sales and service advisor teams to exceed targets.

The role requires UAE experience in automotive sales or related commercial management, strong knowledge of German and European premium vehicles, and proven ability to grow revenue while maintaining

Qualifications

• Proven UAE experience in automotive sales, BD, or commercial management.
• Strong understanding of German and European premium vehicles.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Premium car care or specialist service centre experience is a plus.
