Position Objective

The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting store sales while delivering a welcoming and professional customer experience. The role involves assisting customers throughout their purchase journey, maintaining product and visual standards, handling transactions accurately, and completing operational duties assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Customer Service

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying products that suit their needs.

Merchandising and Stock Support

• Replenish and re-merchandise products on the sales floor to maintain availability.

POS and Store Processes

• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately for billing and customer transactions.
• Balance the cash till at the beginning and end of assigned shifts.
• Process payments by cash, credit card, voucher, automatic debit, or other approved methods.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
• Follow store security and loss prevention procedures at all times.
• Remain vigilant regarding stock, cash, and customer activity within the store.
