Customer Service and Sales

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Engage with browsing customers and support their conversion into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Deliver customer service according to the company 's GUEST selling approach: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell and Thank.
• Maintain knowledge of the group 's different brands to support suggestive selling.
• Provide customers with accurate and current product information.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout the shopping experience.

Product Knowledge and Professional Standards

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to support effective selling and help minimize stock loss. Remain presentable and well-groomed at all times while representing the brand professionally. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, overtime and extended hours during sale periods according to business requirements.

Merchandising and Store Presentation

• Ensure merchandise is arranged and displayed attractively according to standard layout requirements.
• Follow established visual merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain applicable stock norms for clearance merchandise.
• Support store maintenance and presentation standards assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Record incoming and outgoing inventory movements and maintain the required reports.

POS and Cash Handling

• Operate the Point of Sale and billing counter efficiently.
• Tally cash in the till at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Process payments by cash, credit card, voucher and automatic debit.
• Issue receipts, refunds and change accurately.

Security and Loss Prevention

Maintain awareness of store security requirements and remain vigilant throughout working hours. Follow established SOP and Loss Prevention Policies to protect merchandise and minimize stock loss.

Confidentiality

Maintain the confidentiality of store sales figures and do not disclose sales information to external parties.
