Job summary

Quality Equipment Rental LLC in the UAE is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue through a robust sales strategy. You will identify selling opportunities, engage potential clients, and present our products and services to win business.

The role requires 3-5 years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools. A engineering degree is preferred, with MBA in Sales & Marketing valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven work experience as a Sales Executive.
• Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
• Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques.
• Self-motivated with a result driven approach.
• Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office.
• Hands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social media.
• Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews & reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure the availability of licenses or stocks for sales and demonstrations.
• Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery & customer specifications to their managers.
• Collaborate with team members; gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to achieve better results.
• Record sales & order information and report the same to the internal team.
• Keep a track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team.
