Job summary

Zoomlion Middle East is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist in Dubai to drive heavy machinery and construction equipment sales. The role focuses on generating new business, building long-term client relationships, and conducting product demonstrations on-site.

Candidate must have at least 2 years in heavy equipment sales, GCC-based experience, strong UAE market knowledge, and a valid UAE driving license. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, engineering credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in heavy equipment sales or rental sales (mandatory).
• GCC-based experience required.
• UAE market knowledge with established client network.
• Bachelor’s degree mandatory; engineering degree preferred (Mechanical/Automobile).

Zoomlion is growing its team in the UAE. We're looking for an experienced Sales And Marketing Specialist to drive our heavy machinery and construction equipment business.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new business and achieve sales targets for heavy machinery and construction equipment
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Conduct product demonstrations and site visits
• Prepare offers and quotations, negotiate, and follow up through to closing
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Support customer financing and payment collection

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction heavy equipment sales and/or heavy equipment rental sales is mandatory. (Heavy Equipment refers to forklifts, different varieties of cranes, earthmoving machineries, cement mixers etc. which are used in industries / construction).
• GCC-based experience in a current or most recent role is required
• Strong knowledge of the construction and equipment market, with an established client network; UAE market knowledge is required.
• Excellent English; Arabic is a plus
• A valid UAE Driving License.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree （mandatory）. Preference will be given to candidates with an Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
