Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Business Development Executive with proven UAE experience in heavy vehicle and equipment rental. The role focuses on generating new business, securing long-term rental contracts, and expanding the client base across construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities include identifying rental opportunities, building client relationships, negotiating terms, and driving revenue targets while coordinating with operations to ensure equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–6 years UAE experience in heavy vehicle/equipment rental sales.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of rental pricing models and project-based contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure rental opportunities for heavy vehicles and construction equipment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, PMs, procurement teams, and site engineers.
• Generate leads through site visits, cold calling, networking, and tender portals.
• Prepare competitive quotations, rental agreements, and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Coordinate with operations, fleet, and maintenance teams for availability and deployment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming projects.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-up on receivables.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and submit weekly/monthly reports.

• Identify and secure rental opportunities for heavy vehicles and construction equipment (excavators, backhoe loaders, cranes, dump trucks, trailers, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and site engineers.
• Generate leads through site visits, cold calling, networking, and tender portals.
• Prepare competitive quotations, rental agreements, and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Coordinate with operations, fleet, and maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability and timely deployment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming projects.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–6 years of UAE experience in heavy vehicle/equipment rental sales.
• Strong network within construction and infrastructure companies in UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
