Job summary

Zoomlion in the United Arab Emirates is hiring a Sales Specialist to drive our heavy machinery and construction equipment business across the UAE. The role requires a strong network, proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to close deals through demonstrations and site visits.

We seek candidates with 10+ years of UAE/GCC sales experience, at least 3 years in heavy equipment sales, GCC familiarity, English fluency, and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE or GCC.
• Minimum 3 years in construction heavy equipment sales or rental machinery.
• GCC-based experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; engineering background preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Excellent English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve sales targets for heavy machinery and construction equipment.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations and site visits.
• Prepare offers and quotations, negotiate, and follow up through to closing.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Support customer financing and payment collection.
