Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of medical sales experience in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with brand objectives and sales targets.
• Prepare structured call plans to cover healthcare professionals effectively.
• Record and maintain field activities and reports using the CRM system.
• Promote MS Pharma products to pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
• Conduct product presentations, detailing visits and sampling for doctors and pharmacists.
• Build long-term relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
• Follow up on customer payments and collections.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and industry events.

• Prepare structured call plans to ensure effective coverage of healthcare professionals
• Record and maintain accurate field activities and reports using the CRM system
• Promote and sell MS Pharma products to pharmacies, clinics, healthcare facilities, and beauty clinics
• Conduct product presentations, detailing visits, and sampling activities for doctors and pharmacists
• Build long-term relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders
• Coordinate with internal sales teams to improve workflow and business performance
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company
• Follow up on customer payments and collections
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and other industry events

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of medical sales experience in the UAE
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Dubai
• Valid UAE driving license and own car
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ready to join immediately
• Strong knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical sales, CRM systems, healthcare product promotion, and customer relationship management
