Job summary

BD SELECT, a growing Executive Search company based in Dubai, seeks a Business Development Manager to build relationships with clients and manage the recruitment lifecycle. You will be the primary liaison for candidates and clients, coordinating meetings, and driving successful placements in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the team to achieve strong results, meet challenging targets, and lead the sales cycle from development to placement with diligent follow-up.

Qualifications

• With a sales background, you are immediately operational in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role in the UAE is required.
• A desire to join a fast-paced, performance-oriented culture.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Ability to utilize negotiation and influence within a conversation.
• A competitive and entrepreneurial mindset is expected.
