Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
- Experience in sales operations, commercial support, pricing or related functions.
- Strong experience with ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel for data analysis and large datasets.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication across departments.
- FMCG, distribution, hospitality or trading industry experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Review commercial agreements, quotations and pricing structures for accuracy.
- Coordinate tenders, bids and customer quotations with internal stakeholders.
- Support order pre-processing and ensure information flow across teams.
- Maintain pricing master data and ensure ERP consistency.
- Produce regular sales, pricing and customer reports.
- Assist with margin analysis, budgeting and performance tracking.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with commercial, finance, customer service and supply chain teams.
