Talent Higher is seeking a proactive Partnership Consultant in Sharjah to build strong channel relationships and drive company-formation sales across the UAE.

You will manage inquiries, develop partner networks, deliver training on formation rules and fees, and ensure onboarding with CRM updates. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in channel sales, strong English communication, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of channel sales or partnerships experience.
• Proven ability to convert leads and close deals.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho.

Join our client's growing team in Sharjah as a Partnership Consultant, building strong channel relationships and driving company-formation sales across the UAE.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage incoming sales enquiries from channel partners and convert opportunities into sales.
• Build, develop and retain relationships with business setup firms, consultants and other channel partners.
• Conduct regular partner meetings, maintain CRM updates and address partner queries or challenges promptly.
• Deliver product training and guidance on company formation, business activities, eligibility, free-zone rules, fees and new updates.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Attend networking events and industry activities to expand the partner network.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Operations teams to support smooth client onboarding and incorporation requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, meeting updates and monthly reports through Zoho CRM.
• Monitor competitor offerings and market activity to identify opportunities and strengthen partner propositions.
• Provide transparent, accurate and professional support throughout the client journey.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–4 years experience in channel sales, partnerships, business setup or a similar B2B sales role.
• Proven ability to convert leads, close deals and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling and relationship management.
• Confident presentation and communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Highly proactive, energetic and comfortable with frequent external partner meetings.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Zoho, is preferred.
