Ali & Sons Group is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator in the UAE to support a high-performing sales team. You will ensure accurate vehicle reporting to AVME/PME, maintain current sales information, and coordinate cross-department activities.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate or equivalent required.

• Proficient with standard computer applications and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the PME vehicle reporting system per PME and Ali & Sons requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely vehicle specifications and pricing to the Sales Team.
• Maintain internal stock board and stock lists with up-to-date vehicle data.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections at the port and transfers to storage facilities.
• Prepare and submit weekly PME reports with accurate customer information for CSS.
• Process and submit monthly support claims to PME by deadlines.
• Provide administrative support to the Head of the Used Car Section and assist as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the PME vehicle reporting system in accordance with PME and Ali & Sons requirements.
• Provide the Sales Team with accurate and timely vehicle specifications and pricing information.
• Maintain the internal stock board and stock lists, ensuring all vehicle information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections at the port and ensure timely transfers to the designated storage facility.
• Prepare and submit weekly PME reports, ensuring accurate customer information for the CSS program.
• Process and submit monthly support claims to PME within the required deadlines.
• Provide administrative support to the Head of the Used Car Section and perform additional duties as assigned.

Role Purpose

To ensure that all vehicle-related reporting to AVME/PME is completed accurately and within the required timelines, while providing essential administrative support to the Sales Team through effective communication of vehicle specifications, pricing, and stock information.

• Experience: Previous experience in administration or sales support, with a general understanding of business operations.
• Education: High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in standard computer applications and the ability to work with reporting systems and databases.
