Job summary

Attire By Azzalia in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Admin & Sales Coordinator to manage daily operations, coordinate with agents and suppliers, and generate new business opportunities. The role includes basic social media management and content creation.

The ideal candidate is organized, sales-oriented, and confident in sourcing, handling, and closing clients. You will maintain client databases, prepare quotations, and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced apparel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in admin and sales role (uniform, apparel, or similar industry preferred).
• Proven ability to source new clients and close deals.
• Experience coordinating with multiple agents and international suppliers (China sourcing is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills; ability to handle client inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Willing to do client visits and field work when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks and documentation
• Coordinate with multiple agents, suppliers (especially China-based), and clients
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and handle order processing
• Actively source and generate new clients through online research, social media, and direct outreach
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and build strong business relationships
• Maintain and update client database and sales records
• Assist in sourcing uniform materials and products
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram), including posting and engagement
• Take product photos and perform basic editing for marketing use
• Ensure smooth communication between internal team and external partners
