Responsibilities

• Prepare and type sales team's offer letters and update the sales database.
• Ensure documents are reviewed before signature by the Director of Sales or executives.
• Maintain a prompt follow-up and trace system for all correspondences.
• Handle incoming calls and guest inquiries in the sales team's absence and route as needed.
• Ensure monthly sales reports are completed and submitted on time.
• Ensure offers and correspondence to the sales team are dispatched within 24 hours.
• Communicate effectively with all levels to support a pressurized work environment.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and maintained.
