Cloudflare in Dubai is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-growth sales team. You will own inbound and outbound lead qualification, map customer pain points to Cloudflare solutions, and help build a scalable sales pipeline.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a customer-centric mindset, with opportunities to move across the organization. English and Turkish language skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BDR experience in technology sector (META)
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Strong teamwork as well as ability to work independently
• Analytical, organized with good time management
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and curiosity
• Willingness to learn technical concepts/terms
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects
• Experience with Outreach and Salesforce is a plus
